Rewards

‘Rewards’ tab consists of specially curated reward deals for home subscribers who have subscribed to any of our newspaper publications*. 

*Eligible newspaper publications are  The Straits Times, The Business Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Shin Min Daily News, Berita Harian and Tamil Murasu.

Rewards under ‘Rewards’ tab are only eligible for home subscribers who have subscribed to any of our newspaper publications*. There may also be rewards that are exclusive to specific publications. Upon login with your mySPH account, you will be able to see the full suite of rewards applicable to you.

Rewards are experiential privileges that only SPH subscribers can enjoy. Deals comprises of specially curated discounted products through our exclusive partners that you can purchase directly on our portal.

You will need to login with your mySPH account to view the unique promo code or URL to redeem the reward. Click on the button of the reward to reveal the promo code or URL. For rewards with promo code, you will also receive an email with relevant redemption details. Do drop us an email at rewards@sph.com.sg if you are unable to redeem the reward so we can assist you further.

If you’re not a newspaper home subscriber, you can subscribe here. Once you are subscribed with any of our newspaper publications*, you will be automatically enrolled to our SPH Rewards programme.

Deals comprises of specially curated discounted products through our exclusive partners that you can purchase directly on our portal.

You will receive a confirmation email after an order and payment is successful. Kindly check your spam mail if you did not receive it in your inbox. Do drop us an email at rewards@sph.com.sg if you fail to receive an email so we can assist you further.

Orders will be processed within 5 – 10 working days from order placed date. Fulfilment details may vary by items and/merchants.

Strictly no cancellation and exchange will be allowed once purchase is made unless otherwise stated on the specific deal purchased. For any enquiries, you may email us at rewards@sph.com.sg.

Upon receiving the defective product(s), do kindly email to rewards@sph.com.sg within 5 days upon receiving. Do attach a proof of purchase and pictures of the defective product(s), we will get back to you within 5 business days. Please kindly take note that the product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging.

Edits and cancellations are not allowed after the order is confirmed.
